The races for Thursday are as follows:
4:00 Junior High Boys
4:05 Junior High Girls
4:20 JV Boys/Girls 4k
4:50 Varsity / JV Girls 5k   Top 7 team finishers are varsity/ others JV
5:20 Varsity / JV Boys 5k   Top 7 team finishers are varsity / others JV
6:00  Kids Fun Run 800m.

Thank you to all the helpers during the first football game and work at the concession stand. It was a very fun and positive energy and the tips were the most earned in a single night to date, over $70!!  Well done everyone!

Wednesday is picture day right after school.  Thursday home meet day.  Friday 9 a.m. practice at the pool!

Reminder that September 18th, Friday night, is our practice at Autumn's house followed by supper, so mark your calendars!

Please contact Mrs. Simmons or Mrs. Lofgren if you are able to work at the  home invite on Thursday and have not yet signed up.

2015 Team

Season Schedule

Welcome back CC runners!  The coaches are excited to start the season next week with practice on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 4 - 5:30.  Meet at the West door by the bell (football field side).

Practices on Thursday and Friday and thereafter will be from 3:20 to 5:30 each day.  Meet at the same area.

Wednesday August 19th and 26th are looking to be pool practices. I'm waiting to hear the confirmation on those reservations so just a heads up!

I've heard that the captain's practices are going well, yay!  Keep up the good work and enjoy the remaining days of summer vacation!  Go Tigers!
