Volunteers Needed for Summerfest Run!

Hey Runners, the Stewartville Summerfest Run is hosted by our own CC Boosters. It is our biggest fundraiser that allows us to do the fun things we enjoy in CC.  If you are able, please show up for some of the duties that must be carried out to make this event a success.  Any time you can be there to help out is greatly appreciated. Mention this to your parents as well. The message below is from our CC Booster Presidents.

School Is OUT for Summer!

Have a great, safe and restful time everyone.  However, let's be mindful of how important it is to run regularly.  Remember, August 12 is the first day of practice.  Keep your running logs and lifting logs up-to-date.

If you don't have access to weights, you can fill milk jugs with sand or water to the right weight for you.  You can look up lifts online. You can do push-ups and sit-ups/crunches.  Yoga and Pilates online will be great for strengthening your core!

If you have run, please post how much in the comment section below. Happy trails!
