Some powerful performances yesterday at Lake City by our runners.  James wowed us by dropping 1:01 for a personal best time of 17:04. Chrissy led the charge for the girls and dropped 27 seconds for a 15:40.98 personal best. Others dropping their times yesterday include Marie L. (-1:01), Laura P. (-17), Isaiah S. (-1:45) Shawn H.
