Hey Everyone! Thank you first of all to everyone that helped with the Fourth of July Summerfest Run. It was a great success and I specifically heard several compliments on our CC runners that helped with the kids run and encouraging them on their course. Perfect way to represent our program for future runners! Well done!
Just a reminder that we will continue to have Monday practices, however, wait to hear from Laura or Abby on an adjusted schedule for this Monday. Then Thursday practice from 9 to 11 a.m. meeting at the MS doors or parking lot with the coaches. I am excited but also getting a little anxious as some are not getting as many miles under their belts as they should before the season starts. Let's get focused from this point until our first day of practice, August 15th!
Finally, I hope to see most of you on Monday night at 7:00 p.m. for Fall Sports Sign-up! A few have already indicated they are out of town, please keep me informed if that is the case. Looking forward to seeing you on Monday!
